DUO SYSTEM

DUO measures small and large volumes with ease. Use the handheld probe to provide CMM capability - measure features such as holes, slots and edges as well as surfaces. Perform a GD&T analysis – or compare to CAD in real-time.

SOLO TWIN

Our proven SOLO solution has been expanded by new software and calibration techniques. By adding an extra camera the total field of view has doubled to 70x32o, opening up for a variety of new applications.

GEMINI kit (for DUO)

The Gemini kit is a new add-on to the expanding line of Metronor portable CMM solutions. The Gemini Kit allows you to use your DUO system with the same exceptional ease-of-use as a Metronor SOLO system while maintaining the high accuracy of the DUO in small and medium measurement volumes.

DUET kit (for DUO)

Increase the value of your Metronor DUO system by adding DUET capability. This allows the system to operate either as a single DUO where ultimate accuracy is required, or as a pair of totally independent SOLO measurement systems to double the measurement capacity. DUET capability provides operational flexibility like no other measurement system.

LED application kit (for DUO)

Metronor is unique in measuring many points simultaneously. The LED kit enables functions such as vibration control, floating part measurement, repeatability verification, multiple point deformation analysis and jig-less part assembly or alignment. The kit contains all the hardware and software required to address a wide range of unique applications.

Light pens

The Light pens are made from stable carbon fiber, and has a quick-release chuck for attachment of probes.

Stability control bar

Consisting of a Carbon fiber bar, 4 LEDs and can be operated either through a cable or RadioLink24 connection (optional). Unique features cancels environmental changes such as temperature variations and vibration.

Metronor PowerINSPECT

PowerINSPECT’s onscreen feedback and detailed graphical displays give immediate feedback for each measured point. Inspection reports can be generated automatically in a customised format to include pictorial, tabulated and statistical data, meeting the demands of design requirements and agreed International Standards.

CAD application kit

Designed to get the job done with a minimum of operator input, the CAD kit provides the most powerful CAD analysis software with integrated AIMS compatibility. Includes a set of value-added accessories, including edge tool and excess material best-fit.
